As keynote speaker Bruce Dickinson inspires business people worldwide. He has a special heart for young entrepreneurs. Bruce Dickinson shares his unique experiences and motivates his audiences to think outside the box. His advice to young entrepreneurs is to understand how hard the journey is going to be. If the project fails, accept it as a part of the learning curve.
“Hope for the best, plan for the worst and always have a plan B.”
However, when things go well, you still need to know your weaknesses. “Don`t be afraid to bring in your resources to cover your weaknesses; either personally e.g education or training, or simply employing someone to help” is one piece of advice from Bruce. He points at the fine line between letting costs spiral out of control and what he describes as “cutting off your nose to spite your face.”
Bruce Dickinson encourages young entrepreneurs to always have a second plan in business as companies that don`t handle crisis well, very often don`t survive. “Hope for the best, plan for the worst and always have a plan B.”
